1. Rinse accurately the liner before introducing resin or filters media inside the tank.
2. Make sure that the outer rolled section has not been damaged.
3. Make sure that the tank is located perpendiculary on the base.
4. Make sure that the upper part of the thread has not been damaged to avoid leakage phenomena.
5. Make sure that the valve is correctly screwed in the thread. In case of excessive screwing resistance, repeat the
operation. Should it recur, please call your dealer or the manufacturer. IN ANY CASE, NEVER FORCE THE SCREWING.
6. USE ONLY FLEXIBLE CONNECTING PIPES to permit the correct and expected dilatation of the tank when submitted to
pressure.
7. Do not fasten or fix the tank using frames or metal belts, especially if it is in direct contact with the rolled section.
8. The pressure must not overcome the limit indicated on the label. If you need a tank with a higher pressure than
standard one, please contact your dealer or the manufacturer.
9. Do not introduce in the tanks liquids with higher temperatures than those indicated in the technical data.
10. Do not place the tank in surroundings where the temperature is higher than 60 C° or lower than 1C°.
11. Thanks to their high flexibility, HST tanks assure a good breakage resistance in case of depression phenomena,
however IT IS ADVISABLE TO EQUIP PLANTS WITH DEVICES ABLE TO PREVENT THESE DANGEROUS ANOMALIES.
12. The number on the label provides you with all the information about the tank: it is necessary to mention it in any
communications.
